10 Luxury Condominiums in Metro Manila Worth Checking Out

Luxury condominiums in Metro Manila are a breed apart. Not only do they command a very high price tag, they also have features and characteristics that the rest wouldn’t have. These include being in a strategic location and having unimpeded vistas, distinctive architecture, fewer units per floor, a spacious area, and an ideal ceiling height. Other first-class amenities such as an indoor swimming pool add to the sense of luxury and exclusivity.

There are very few condos in the metro that offer many if not all these requirements. And even though the majority of these luxury condominiums in Metro Manila are situated close to well-known business and leisure areas, they still provide residents with peace and tranquility.

People buy extremely luxurious residences for a variety of reasons. Some see them as a reward and the fruit of their labor. They can also be regarded as a wise investment because they rarely experience value stagnation and offer lucrative opportunities like renting them out.
