This is the expectation of the Manny Villar Jr.-led homebuilder, which has seen a significant improvement in sales to OFWs, buoyed by the higher value of the US dollar against the Philippine peso. - DHSUD breaks ground on housing projects in Bacolod, Roxas and Iloilo
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) recently broke ground on three housing sites in Bacolod, Roxas, and Iloilo. This is a part of the national government’s housing program aimed at helping informal settler families and low-income earners to have a house of their own.
